Thank you so much for placing an order with Honey Bunniez Bakery, LLC! I am delighted to be apart of your special day.  

• Upon placing your order, we will reach out to you via phone (text/phone call) or email to set up and confirm your order. An invoice will be sent afterwards.
  
• We require a two weeks notice for any custom cake and large orders. For all other order we require a 1 week notice.

• Once your consultation is completed, the FULL payment is due upon placing your order with us if it is $199 or less.  If your order is $200 or more and you are placing the order a month in advance, we will set up a payment plan with you if needed. This payment plan will require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon placing the order.

• Please note that we do not make carbon copy or replicas of any cake artist work. However, we will do our best to make a beautiful masterpiece tailored to your request. 

• We do accept payments of Square Credit/Debit Payments, Cash App, Zelle, and PayPal. Cash payments are not accepted. 

• No Refunds are permitted once the full payment has been made.

• Rush Orders ( Any orders that have been placed under 1-2 weeks will be subject to a rush fee of $30 or more.) Certain custom items may not be available if the order is placed in less than the 2 weeks notice. 

• Once the cake or treats are out of our possession, we are not obligated or responsible for fixing any issues with the order.

Please note that all cakes must be kept cold due to being made with our signature buttercream. We recommend that you keep your vehicles cold while traveling with your cake. Also, make sure that your  cake is refrigerated once you get to your destination and can be taken out for the event an hour before so that it can be served at room temperature. Our cakes can last up to 1 week refrigerated.
